UNITED METHODIST WOMEN OF MEMPHIS CONFERENCE

Women's Division

The Women’s Division recommendation is calling on
United Methodist Women across the country to join in the national
dialogue and in all forms of advocacy for equitable, inclusive health
care reform.  Also included here is the Health Care Tool Kit that was

developed to provide United Methodist Women with

the information, tools, and resources to engage in health advocacy.

As women of faith, you are encouraged to use these resources as part of
an effort to raise the visibility and voices of people of faith who care
about health care reform in the United States.

 There is also a letter from Harriet Jane Olson, our 

Deputy General Secretary, on a special event to take place on May 1st.

It will be happening at Assembly, but she also urges all

United Methodist Women to get involved in this. The details are all here.
